Using words in numerous informal creative and academic writing projects is a joy. I am excited to be on the verge of publishing pieces of my work for a broader audience. Writing has always been and continues to be a regular and consistent part of my life. I love fashioning words to convey ideas, inspire, and celebrate life. My work as an educator includes writing to strengthen the dissemination and acquisition of knowledge. Information science, research and literacy are a part of supporting students and enlarging comprehension and understanding beyond academia into the realities of life. It is both humbling and exciting to compile years of writing and contemporary thoughts into scholarly articles and books. Life has a funny way of catching our souls. I hope words within each of these works touch your soul and strengthen you in your journey. Each book is at various stages of the publication process. I have learned much about agents, editing and branding the words I use to communicate worthy thinking. Formal publication is a new component of my work.

Audacious Living is a beautiful book with powerful insight into living a confident, courageous life. I especially treasure the opportunity to publish together with my daughter as the photographer. Her photographs are amazing. She is extraordinary. Audacious Living is available from Barnes & Noble Link.

I celebrate an exciting opportunity to publish with other leaders in the field of higher education (Link). Working with Kristin, David and Cynthia was an honor. The work is an amazing book regarding components of effective professional development and peer coaching in colleges and universities. Peer coaching is one of the most effective ways to broaden digital learning and classroom technologies. Other scholarly collaborative research projects in academia are in the works.
